Its unique shape allows the pelvic floor muscles to be gently exercised, which over a period of time can strengthen the muscles. Due to its unique ergonomic shape, Incostress also helps gently exercise the pelvic floor muscles but it is not a substitute for active exercising against a resistance - see PelvicToner.

Important:
Incostress is made from non-toxic medical grade silicon and can be worn continually but it is essential that the simple recommended hygiene procedures are maintained. It should not be left in place for more than 8 hours without removal and washing in warm water with non-perfumed soap.
It must not be worn during menstruation. 

Your Incostress should be replaced monthly. It must be disposed of responsibly and must not be flushed down the toilet under any circumstances.
